Michael Moore is the Managing Member of KPMC Solutions and is based in Blue Springs, Missouri.  With almost 30 years of experience, including two top-ten public accounting firms, Michael has led teams and overseen projects ​for start-ups all the way to Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States.   His clients have saved millions of dollars in state and local taxes and incentives, and he has provided state and local tax guidance for industries and transactions all over the country.

Projects he works on include sales and use tax refund studies, nexus analysis for income, franchise, property, payroll, sales, use and other state and local taxes, property tax appeals, and audits in almost every type of state and local tax.

He also provides consulting to companies navigating the research and experimentation federal income tax credit.   This includes training, outsourced studies, assistance with IRS audits, and general research to support positions and calculations.
